Peter Roslund has for several years wanted to open a restaurant in Ronneby and when the opportunity came, he snapped it up straight away.
- Everyone is welcome to us regardless of what they eat. Mainly we have home cooking with a day's fish, meat, salad and vegan.
- We are still putting in the shoes, but we have a lot to do. The food is appreciated as well as the fact that we love what we are doing and our guests enjoy themselves. It is important!
Prajay Purohit has worked all his life as a chef. It started during his military service. After that, everything has rolled on and entrepreneur that he is, he has run several hamburger restaurants and worked in several different kitchens.
Just like Peter, Prajay loves football, which is why it was extra fun for him when their first guests consisted of Malmö FF's men's juniors.
Peter's daughter, Madde, has put the teaching job aside and now works full-time at the Wienercaféet.
- It's really fun to work with dad and to start baking more professionally. In a small company, everyone gets to do everything. So it will be everything from just baking, fixing salads to washing up. Just love this!
Philip is the brother who jumps in when needed. As a youngster he played the electric guitar.
